Description

This fry sauce is creamy, tangy, a little sweet, and totally addictive—thanks to one secret ingredient that takes it over the top. Made with pantry staples and ready in minutes, it’s perfect for dipping fries, spreading on burgers, or drizzling on sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice (secret ingredient!)

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • 1 teaspoon mustard (yellow or Dijon)

  • Optional: dash of hot sauce or pinch of cayenne for heat

 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth and creamy.

  2. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.

  3. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor (if you have time).

  4. Serve with fries, onion rings, burgers, chicken tenders, or anything dippable!


Notes

  • The dill pickle juice is the “secret” that adds just the right tang and makes this sauce pop.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
