For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
For the Pasta:
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- Salt for pasta water
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce slightly. Stir in butter until melted. Add cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Combine: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
