Description

These Skinny Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Treats are creamy, fruity, and naturally sweetened! Made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, they’re a cool, low-calorie dessert or snack you can feel good about. No ice cream maker needed!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled and sliced)

  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Blend Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.

  • Taste & Adjust:
Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if needed, depending on your strawberries and personal preference.

  • Freeze into Treats:
Spoon mixture into silicone molds, popsicle molds, or mini muffin tins lined with paper cups. Tap to remove air bubbles and smooth the tops.

  • Freeze Until Firm:
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture, perfect for scooping into bowls or cones.

  • Add 1–2 tbsp lemon juice for a bright, tangy twist.

  • You can also pour into a shallow pan, freeze, and scoop like soft-serve.
