- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Add the chopped onion, garlic, chicken broth, melted butter, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Add Broccoli: In the last hour of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
- Finish: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the sauce is creamy.
