  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce

  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef: Toss the sliced flank steak in cornstarch until fully coated.
  2. Sear the beef: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and brown the beef slices on both sides.
