Description

This Spring Berry Parfait is a light, refreshing, and colorful dessert layered with sweet fresh berries, creamy yogurt or whipped topping, and crunchy granola—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped topping
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the berries. Slice strawberries if needed.
  2. In a small glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom.
  3. Layer with a handful of mixed berries, then a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat layers until glass is full, finishing with a dollop of yogurt and a few berries on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use any berries you have on hand—blackberries and chopped cherries work well too.
  • For extra texture, add nuts or seeds to the granola layer.
  • Make mini versions in shot glasses for party desserts or brunch buffets.
