Description

Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, stretch out the crescent dough into a rectangle.
  3. Prepare Filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough, top with jam and strawberries.
  4. Roll and Shape: Roll dough into a log, slice lengthwise, then roll each half into a spiral.
  5. Bake: Place spirals into muffin tin, brush with butter, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  6. Finish: Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
