Description

Strawberry Fluff is a fun and fruity dessert salad made with whipped topping, strawberry Jell-O, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and fresh or frozen strawberries. It’s light, creamy, and full of sweet strawberry flavor—perfect for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you need a quick, crowd-pleasing treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jell-O

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh or thawed frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, Jell-O mix, and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).

  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and creamy.

  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple, strawberries, and mini marshmallows.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and thicken.

  5. Serve cold, garnished with extra strawberries or marshmallows if desired.

Notes

  • Add chopped bananas, coconut, or pecans for extra texture.

  • Use sugar-free pudding or Jell-O if you’d like to lighten it up.

  • Best enjoyed the same day, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
