- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add strawberries, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
- To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Swap in other fruits like mango or banana for variety.
- For a chunkier texture, reserve some chopped strawberries and stir them in after blending.
