Description

Strawberry Popsicles for Kids are a fun, refreshing, and naturally sweet frozen treat made with fresh strawberries, a touch of honey, and yogurt—perfect for hot days and healthy snacking.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
  5. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
  • Swap in other fruits like mango or banana for variety.
  • For a chunkier texture, reserve some chopped strawberries and stir them in after blending.
