- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp flour

Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs: Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sprinkle flour, and whisk until golden. Slowly whisk in beef broth, then add heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer: Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are fully cooked.
- Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes or with lingonberry sauce.
