- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Slice the slider buns and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the seasoned beef evenly onto the buns.
- Top with shredded cheese, then place the top buns over the meat.
- Bake sliders in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, sour cream, and jalapeños if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different variation.
- Use slider buns with sesame seeds for extra texture.
- Add guacamole or salsa for extra flavor.
