For the sandwich:
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices salami
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup banana pepper rings
For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Assemble the sandwiches: On each slice of bread, layer provolone cheese, salami, ham, pepperoni, black olives, and banana pepper rings. Spread the dressing on the inside of the top slice of bread.
