These turkey and stuffing roll ups are the ultimate comfort food, featuring tender slices of turkey rolled around savory stuffing and topped with rich gravy. Ingredients

8 slices cooked turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)

2 cups prepared stuffing (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken gravy (plus more for serving)

1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the dish)

Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Optional: cranberry sauce on the side
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly butter a baking dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Lay out turkey slices on a clean surface. Place 2–3 tablespoons of stuffing in the center of each slice and roll tightly.

Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with remaining turkey and stuffing.

Pour gravy evenly over the top of the roll ups.

Cover and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling.

Garnish and serve with extra gravy, cranberry sauce, and fresh herbs if desired.

You can use rotisserie chicken or deli chicken if you don’t have turkey on hand.
