Description

A refreshing and fun summer snack featuring crisp watermelon slices cut into fry shapes and served with a creamy coconut lime dip. Perfect for parties, picnics, or a healthy treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 medium seedless watermelon, cut into fry-shaped sticks
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a non-vegan version)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Shredded coconut or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into fry-shaped sticks, about 1/2 inch thick and 4–5 inches long. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the coconut yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and honey or maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt and stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with shredded coconut or mint leaves if desired.
  4. Serve chilled watermelon fries on a platter with the dip on the side.

Notes

  • Use a crinkle cutter for a fun fry-like shape.
  • Make the dip ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Perfect as a hydrating, low-calorie treat for hot days.
