- 1/2 medium seedless watermelon, cut into fry-shaped sticks
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a non-vegan version)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- Shredded coconut or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into fry-shaped sticks, about 1/2 inch thick and 4–5 inches long. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and honey or maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt and stir until smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with shredded coconut or mint leaves if desired.
- Serve chilled watermelon fries on a platter with the dip on the side.
