Description

These White Chocolate Blueberry Crumble Bars are a delicious layered treat made with a buttery oat crust, sweet blueberries, and creamy white chocolate. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Press two-thirds of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  5. In another bowl, combine blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the blueberries.
  8. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the blueberries are bubbling.
  10. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
  • Frozen blueberries can be used without thawing.
  • Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
