Description

White Hot Chocolate is a smooth, creamy drink made with real white chocolate, milk, and vanilla. It’s a sweet and cozy treat that’s perfect for chilly days or festive gatherings. Ready in minutes with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for extra richness – optional but recommended)

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, crushed peppermint, mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat gently until warm, but do not boil.

  2. Add the white chocolate and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or your favorite toppings. Serve warm!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk and dairy-free white chocolate.

  • Want to make it festive? Stir in a few drops of peppermint extract or top with crushed candy canes.

  • Keep leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
