For the Lobster:
- 1 whole lobster (about 1.5–2 lbs)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the lobster: Split the lobster in half lengthwise and clean out the tomalley and roe. Remove the tail and claw meat, chop it, and set aside.

- Stuff the lobster: Fill the lobster shells with the stuffing mixture.
